Self-pay fees apply at The Alexandra Hospital, Spire Manchester, Spire Regency and Circle Cheshire Clinic. Scans, tests and any treatment or surgery are charged separately, and the hospital will provide a quotation. Fee information is also published on the Private Healthcare Information Network (PHIN).

Mr Umar is recognised by Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, WPA, Allianz Care and Aetna. Please check your policy covers outpatient consultations and obtain an authorisation code from your insurer before your appointment.
